New: Prospects 1.2.1 is now available via the Prospects->Check For Updates... menu item in Prospects. It fixes a number of crashes and bugs.

IMPORTANT
If you experience a crash, it is very help if you can take a minute to type in what you were doing when the crash report window pops up and send it to MotiMotion. This will enable me to resolve the problems quickly. Also, please indicate if you are using a file you created in Prospects 1.2 or if the file was created using an older version of Prospects.

The following are known issues with Prospects 1.2 that should be fixed in version 1.2.1 due to be released shortly:

Prospects freezes after opening a license file
Prospects will freeze and not allow you to quit if you open a license file by double-clicking on it. If this happens, you can force-quit Prospects by pressing the command+option+esc buttons simultaneously to bring up the running applications. Then select Prospects and Force Quit it.

To register the license without Prospects freezing, start Prospects and open the license via the File->Open menu option.

Prospects crashes when I close the document
Prospects may crash if you close the document with the red "x" button in the main window toolbar. If you would like to close the document, try closing it with the command+w keys.

Sometimes when I press return on the "new" transaction, it doesn't accept it even though I entered an amount / payee for it.
This is due to an issue with sorting. If you double-click on an item to edit it again (such as the date) and press return a second time, it will accept it.
